武胜文任天水师范大学副校长(试用期一年)；
孙亮任甘肃民族师范学院副院长(试用期一年)；
李锦煜任兰州文理学院副院长，免去其甘肃民族师范学院副院长职务；
免去：
王佰成的兰州工业学院副院长职务。
